Meet the Visionaries

David Woodruff, our President, is not only an Eagle Scout but also brings valuable experience as a former aircraft maintenance worker. Irene Woodruff, our Vice President, embodies resilience. As an adult immigrant, she conquered language barriers, obtained her GED, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. Marquez Perez, our Secretary, holds a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and a Master’s in Science in Leadership. Currently serving as a Company Commander in the Army National Guard, Marquez is a leader on multiple fronts. Together, our dynamic team at Woodruff Ignites Entrepreneurship Foundation is dedicated to sparking innovation and empowering dreams. Join us on this journey of inspiration and community growth.
